A limited release from boutique blenders, Compass Box, launched in 2021 and created to "round up some of Scotland’s prized whisky beasts". Menagerie is a blended malt comprising single malts from four distilleries: Mortlach, Deanston, Laphroaig and Glen Elgin, along with Compass Box’s Highland malt blend. A total of 7,741 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: A complex aroma of baking spices, leather, tar and musky fruits.

Palate: The palate is engagingly lush with even more fruit. 

Finish: Oily smoke and forest floor notes linger in the finish.
